We recently started a refurbishment project for the University of Exeter. The work comprises the adaptation and refurbishment of a residential property including the windows, doors, kitchen and complete re-decoration along with the renewal of Mechanical and Electrical items. The contract which is worth over £135,000 is due to be completed in May 2012.
